HTAMANÈ FESTIVAL
The Myanmar traditional Htamane Festival was held on February 8, 2026, at MIIT. Students and teachers participated together in preparing and cooking Htamane, a traditional Myanmar sticky rice delicacy. The event celebrated Myanmar culture and encouraged teamwork and unity among participants. Everyone enjoyed the lively traditional music and delicious Htamane shared during the festival. The celebration became a memorable cultural event that strengthened friendship and appreciation for Myanmar traditions.

TEACHER HOMAGE
On May 12, 2026, Myanmar Institute of Information Technology held a Teacher Homage ceremony to honor and appreciate the dedication of teachers. Students expressed their gratitude through speeches and traditional performances. The event highlighted the important role of teachers in guiding students toward success and knowledge. Teachers and students enjoyed the warm and respectful atmosphere together. The ceremony ended with memorable group photos and heartfelt wishes for all teachers.

MIC STEM FESTIVAL 2025
The MIIT Infinity Club successfully hosted the MIC STEM Festival 2025 , featuring MIC Hackathon, MIC RoboCup, and MIC Tech Talk. We thank our Rector, professors, and MIC Operations Team for their support, and congratulate all winning teams . Special recognition goes to the Robotics and IoT Divisions for their creative and inspiring robot showcases.

The senior students organized a grand welcome for the Batch of 2024 on February 11, 2025. The event included dances, songs, a fashion pageant, and a lucky draw, concluding with a lively group dance.

ROBOPIANODY SHOWCASED AT MYANMAR ENGINEERING FESTIVAL
The MIIT Robotics Club presented Robopianody, a piano-playing robot developed by MIIT students, at the Myanmar Engineering Festival held at Naypyitaw State Polytechnic University. The project demonstrated innovative integration of engineering, electronics, and programming, attracting interest from visitors nationwide.
